It`s been extremely hot here the last few days. In the 90`s and very humid. Had a thunder shower a little while ago but it didn`t cool things down much. I`ve been drinking tons of water. Still hard to get cool on the route. Got the next 3 days off. I think I`ll spend part of them in the kids pool.

The Stampede is over for another year. We raised $63,000 in 3 days. It`s a lot of work but the feeling you get when you see how much is raised is worth it. Every penny goes to research to find the cure for Cystic Fibrosis. The CF Foundation uses 92.5 cents of each dollar donated for actual research. It`s the best charity in the US for dollar usage. There`s not enough room here to thank everyone involved. So I guess just one great big THANK YOU will have to be enough.
