A cold and dreary week so far. Some sunshine but unseasonably cold.
For anyone interested, there is a strong debate going on at Isabella`s Teddy. The pros and cons of Marmite are being discussed. For those unenlightened, Marmite is something made from yeast extract and eaten on toast etc.It`s a staple in the UK. Check the archives at the Teddy site for info.
We will be away this week-end. The New England foster and adoptive parents week-end is being held in Burlington. We will be staying at the Sheraton. Vermont is the host and we have work to do.There is a casino night on Friday evening and I get to deal some poker. The money raised will be split among the participating states. Should be a great fund raiser.
Jean seems to get stronger each day. Tomorrow she visits her cardiologist. She will find out if and when she can go back to work. She works 3 hours a day at the elementary school lunch program. She likes it and would really like to be able to return. I hope she can.
