HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all. My only day off this week as Mike is enjoying sunny Florida and spending the holiday with his family there. I envy him but know that he deserves the break.
I have put in some 10 hour days this week. Our sub is doing Mike`s route and has been getting a little backed up so I have taken up some of the slack. I`ve been sorting and casing some of her 3rd class mail. All on overtime of course. I don`t mind the extra money but it sure tires me out. Tomorrow I get to go in at 6:30am for the third day this week. We`ll probably have a lot of mail. All the retailers will be trying to get everyone shopping and spending thier money. I know that there were lots of advertisements in todays newspaper. Store open as early as 5am to lure the shoppers in. For those of you overseas, the day after Thanksgiving is considered Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year. A lot of people have the day off. I`d like just a small percentage of the money that will change hands tomorrow. It boggles the mind.
