Snow and Cold. That`s what we are putting up with. A report the other night said that we had 20.4 inches of snow in November. It`s something like the third snowyest November since they began keeping score. We had more snow the last two nights. Last night got real cold. Down around 0 degrees. Today it only warmed up to about 15 degrees and there was a breeze out of the North that made it feel like 0 degrees. It was bitter out there. Luckily, my loops aren`t real large so I got to go back to the truck quite often. I felt bad for Mike. All of his route is walking. He gets to drive from park point to park point but he doesn`t even drive enough to warm up his truck.I deliver the outskirts of Bristol so I have a lot of curbside deliveries(I don`t have to get out of the truck). My truck has plenty of time to warm up. Of course, having to have the window down doesn`t really help. It`s supposed to warm up tomorrow. Might make it to 25 degrees.
I finally have my Christmas decorations up and lighted. The local radio staion(WOKO) has a contest where you put thier call letters in lights. Make it part of your display. They are giving away 3 $500.00 prizes. I entered and hope to win one of those prizes. If I could ever figure out how to post photos, I would show my display.
Keep the Faith and enjoy this Holiday Season.
