This is very unusual. These two are normally chasing each other all over the house. Oliver(the cat) has learned where the high safety points are. Toby will look up[ at him as if to say, "come on back down here and play." Toby gets a little rough sometimes and Oliver will disappear for a while. They sure provide lots of entertainment.
